Part-time Quality Assurance Consultant

Novadip Biosciences, a clinical-stage biotech company developing innovative cell therapy solutions, is currently looking for a part-time Quality Assurance Consultant (2 days per week) to support its growing operations in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium.

In this role, you will contribute to key operational and quality activities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Your responsibilities will include compiling and maintaining data in Excel-based tracking tools, collecting and consolidating information from internal stakeholders, and coordinating with external suppliers, ensuring timely follow-up of responses. You will also support the preparation of Quality Agreements based on established templates, playing an active role in ensuring compliance and consistency across processes.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of suppliers and service providers requirements. You are known for your rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage information accurately. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. A good command of English is required.
