QA Engineer

You will act as the daily liaison for quality related activities while ensuring products manufactured or tested by external partners comply with GMP requirements, approved specifications and applicable marketing authorisations. You will review documentation, manage quality systems, monitor partner performance and support project milestones within an international biopharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• GMP compliance:
  Ensure externally manufactured or tested products meet applicable GMP requirements
• Product release:
  Review batch documentation against approved specifications and procedures before release
• Quality systems:
  Manage change controls, deviations, investigations and partner notification flows
• Partner oversight:
  Monitor compliance through GxP documentation reviews and onsite visits
• Documentation coordination:
  Distribute relevant documents for regulatory, validation and expert review
• Quality standards:
  Review partner protocols and processing standards for compliance
• Cross functional collaboration:
  Work with internal and external teams to maintain compliance
• Issue resolution:
  Address technical, quality, scheduling and process related conflicts
• Performance monitoring:
  Establish key performance indicators and report adverse quality trends
• Regulatory compliance:
  Apply regulations governing the manufacture of biological medicinal products

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
• Professional experience:
  Three to five years within a cGxP or regulated environment
• Quality experience:
  At least three years of professional experience in quality
• GMP knowledge:
  Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality requirements
• Regulatory knowledge:
  Understanding of regulations for biological medicinal products
• Communication skills:
  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organisational skills:
  Strong planning, coordination and prioritisation capabilities
• Quality mindset:
  Proven ability to deliver detailed work correctly the first time
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English
• International experience:
  Previous experience in an international role is a plus
