To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate, detail‑oriented, and proactive to join us in our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.
What you’ll need- Proven experience in operational excellence and risk management
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (ideally black belt)
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross‑functional projects
- Strong communication and training skills
- Experience in compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
