Quality & QHSE Officer

At GEOxyz, we are looking for a Quality & QHSE Assistant to join our QHSE team. In this role, you will primarily support the administrative and organizational processes within Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE). You will play a key role in monitoring our quality and safety standards and will have the opportunity to progress to a role as a QHSE Engineer.

You will ensure that procedures, documents and records are maintained correctly and will contribute to the further development of our quality and safety management system.

• Managing and updating QHSE documentation and procedures.
• Providing support during audits and certification processes.
• Following up on records, reports and action points.
• Administrative processing of incident reports and corrective actions.
• Helping to monitor compliance with our management systems and ISO standards.
• Collecting, checking and analysing data and reports.
• Providing support for internal communication regarding quality, safety and the environment.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure processes run efficiently.
