Our client is a global leader in the warehouse storage and intralogistics industry, operating multiple manufacturing facilities across Europe. They are looking for an experienced Group Quality Engineer to support quality excellence across international production plants and supplier networks. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving continuous improvement and working in an international manufacturing environment.
Working within the Group Quality department, you will collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Engineering and Purchasing teams. You will improve quality standards across several European plants, investigate technical quality issues and support the implementation of international quality systems.
Responsibilities:- Improve and standardise quality processes across European production plants.
- Perform supplier and production quality audits.
- Investigate technical production non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- Support ISO
9001 and EN1090 implementation and continuous improvement. - Cooperate with R&D, Engineering and Purchasing on quality-related projects.
- Create technical specifications, quality policies and measurement reports.
- Travel to production plants, suppliers and customer sites across Europe (approximately 30%).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Electromechanics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within metal manufacturing or production.
- Experience with quality systems and production processes.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- International position supporting multiple European manufacturing sites.
