About your jobIn this role, hands‑on experimentation and scientific thinking come together, giving you real ownership over work that directly impacts research and product development.
You contribute to meaningful innovation by generating high‑quality data that directly influences research direction and product development decisions.
Ownership is part of the role, as experiments, equipment, and results are managed with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
Working at the intersection of theory and practice, laboratory trials (in vitro and in vivo) are set up and executed while biological material is prepared, treated, and carefully assessed.
Scientific thinking is applied in practice through inoculations with fungi or insects, combined with close monitoring and critical observation of development.
Working with living systems is central, as pathogen collections, insect cultures, and plant material are maintained in a consistent and reliable way.
Continuous improvement is driven by contributing to the optimization of methods, protocols, and ways of working within the lab.
A high‑quality lab environment is maintained by ensuring that equipment, phytotrons, and climate chambers are properly managed and calibrated.
Collaboration plays a key role through close interaction with lab technicians, trialists, and international colleagues, while also supporting greenhouse and field activities when needed.
Professional growth is achieved by building technical expertise and gaining a broader understanding of applied R&D in an international context.
What makes this role stand out is the combination of hands‑on experimentation, scientific ownership, and the opportunity to make a visible and meaningful contribution!
