KU Leuven invites applications for a PhD position focused on developing integrative spatial multi-omics approaches to study tumour heterogeneity in melanoma. The candidate will create and optimize workflows combining spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and lipidomics and apply them to melanoma samples to generate diagnostic and therapeutic insights.
