Overview
As an Associate Scientist, you will join our Life Sciences team and contribute to innovative pharmaceutical development projects. You will provide analytical expertise throughout the development lifecycle of new therapeutic products, supporting laboratory activities while ensuring scientific excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Perform analytical testing to support product and process characterization, method development, validation, release testing, and stability studies.
- Apply and optimize liquid chromatography (LC) techniques for the analysis of pharmaceutical compounds.
- Evaluate, interpret, and document analytical data with a scientific and quality‑focused approach.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, laboratory procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project milestones and analytical deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within laboratory operations and analytical processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity throughout all analytical activities.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or another relevant scientific discipline. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in analytical development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
- Hands‑on experience with liquid chromatography (LC) and related analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of chromatography data systems (CDS), particularly Empower and/or Open Lab.
- Good understanding of GMP principles and laboratory quality standards.
- Ability to analyze scientific data and communicate findings clearly.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented with a results‑driven approach.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
