Overview

As an Order picker at Action you have a diverse function. You ensure that the correct goods are ready for shipment on time and completely so that they can be brought to the stores by the drivers. You do this by collecting the articles that are passed on via the voice pick system. You will stack, pack, seal, label, sort and prepare the roll containers and place them on the correct dock.

You also identify, register and correct deviations in outgoing orders. You drive around on a truck and you work with the latest technology. The voice pick system is available in Dutch, English or Polish. You work an average of 38 hours a week. There are two shifts: the first starts at 06:00 and the second starts at 15:15. End times are flexible.

On Saturdays there is only a morning shift. Action works with a clock pass. In addition, it is mandatory to wear work shoes as an Order picker.

• Ensure correct goods are ready for shipment on time and complete for drivers to deliver to stores.

• Adhere to shift schedules: 38 hours per week with two shifts (06:00 and 15:15);
  Saturday morning shift only; end times are flexible.
• Wear approved work shoes as part of the Order picker role.
