As a
** Front Office**, you are
** the face of Stephex Service**. You welcome customers with a smile, ensure smooth communication between customers and the service team, and keep track of the daily schedule. ** Responsibilities
* ** You welcome customers and visitors and assist them in a friendly, professional manner.
* You are the first point of contact for questions (by phone, email, and at the front desk).
* You will support the service department with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and following up on invoices.
* You monitor the schedule and communicate smoothly between customers, technicians, and operational management.
* You will ensure a neat, organized reception and office space.### Qualifications
