J-Club International verzorgt accessoires in bekende winkels door heel Europa. Voor België zoeken we een ervaren Area Merchandiser die de rechterhand is van de Regional Manager en een sleutelrol speelt in de operationele uitvoering binnen de regio. Dit is geen startersfunctie en geen puur uitvoerende merchandisingrol. Je combineert Visual Merchandising expertise met het begeleiden en trainen van Mobile Merchandisers.
We zijn op zoek naar een:Area Merchandiser Vlaams Brabant en Wallonië, 38 uur per week, Tweeltalig FR/NL Wat zijn je taken?
- Implementeert collecties, trends en promoties volgens onze VM-richtlijnen
- Bewaakt de uitstraling en commerciële kwaliteit van de POS
- Analyseert voorraad en signaleert commerciële kansen
- Bent het eerste operationele aanspreekpunt voor het Mobile Merchandisers team
- Coacht, begeleidt en traint Mobile Merchandisers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
- Ondersteunt bij onboarding en ontwikkeling van nieuwe collega’s
- Neemt werkgebieden over bij afwezigheid om continuïteit te waarborgen
- Stemt operationele aandachtspunten af met de Regional Manager
Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en begeleiding, maar werkt altijd in afstemming met de Regional Manager.
