Job Overview

Recruitment of a retail staff member for the newly reopened MEIR store in Antwerp. Semi‑fixed term contract for full time (35 hours) or part time (21–28 hours). Monday to Sunday availability is required. No student contracts.

• Provide outstanding customer service, attending to needs from fitting rooms to tills.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and visually appealing store layout.
• Monitor sales and inventory, adjusting displays and stock levels based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, offering support and helping to build a cohesive team.
• Promote sustainability initiatives such as recycling and repair services.
• Assist with content creation for social media, styling app, or livestream channels.
