Job Overview

UNIQLO is seeking a Tailoring Specialist to join our team in Belgium. The role involves customizing clothing, providing repair and upcycling services, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Alter the length of trousers, skirts, sleeves, and add embroidery.
• Perform upcycling techniques such as sashiko and darning.
• Discuss alteration or repair requirements with customers to ensure specifications are met.
• Accurately record customer measurements, instructions, and preferences.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimise loss.
• Collaborate with team members and offer support when needed to build a united high‑performing team.
• Relay customer feedback to management to keep our offerings relevant.
• Assist with store operation tasks (e.g., lighting, stocking, tidying) as required.
• Greet and advise customers on the sales floor, fitting room, and checkout for exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor so customers experience the UNIQLO universe.
• Process deliveries and set up items on the sales floor.
• Devote a portion of time (≈25%) to store tasks.

• Right to work in Belgium; no visa sponsorship.
• Fluent Dutch and basic English.
• Flexible to work Saturdays and across various shifts.
• Experience in customising clothes or a background in fashion (preferred, but not essential).
