Actiris recherche un Assistant social (H/F/X) pour un remplacement à temps plein (38 h/sem., 7 h 36/jour, du lundi au vendredi) au sein d'un hôpital académique. Vous assurez le soutien social des activités cliniques et administratives pour faciliter l'accès aux soins, en tenant compte des réalités familiales et professionnelles des patients.
Profil:
Bachelier Assistant social, minimum 2 ans d'expérience en milieu hospitalier, connaissance du droit social belge, et aptitude à travailler en équipe
