As a Sales Engineer
, you are responsible for developing I-care’s customer base in East and West Flanders
. You combine strong commercial skills with an interest in technical solutions (full technical expertise is not required).
After an extensive onboarding and training program, you will:
- Manage and grow a regional customer portfolio
- Prospect new clients and identify commercial opportunities
- Understand customers’ business challenges and translate them into I-care solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right value proposition
- Build long‑term customer relationships and guide clients throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth
- Higher education in business, economics, marketing or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
- Strong commercial drive, autonomous working style and result‑oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Interest in technology or industrial environments
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
