Flow is a fast-growing, investor-backed software company transforming how make-to-order manufacturers plan and execute operations. Our modular platform — built on Salesforce — helps high-mix, low-volume production companies to streamline short-term scheduling, to reduce work-in-progress, and to empower operators with digital support.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic BDR to help us break into new accounts across the Benelux and (optionally) DACH region. As our Business Development Representative, you’ll take the lead on generating qualified leads — from identifying target companies to booking strategic meetings with C-level and operational decision-makers.
As a BDR in our SaaS environment, your mission is clear: build and qualify a strong prospect pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects and play a critical role in our go-to-market success. You don’t need to close the deal — our founders will take over from there — but it’s your job to identify opportunities and open the right doors.
You will:
Research and target mid-sized to large manufacturing companies (€50M–€500M+ turnover)
Connect with decision-makers such as the COO, CIO, and Production Manager
Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, Linked In, and at events to secure valuable meetings
- Experiment with, recommend and use new (AI)-based marketing and business development tools.
Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and identify pain points
Book quality meetings for the founders to advance the sales process
Maintain a consistent outbound rhythm and meticulously track activity in Salesforce
Contribute to refining our lead generation strategy with insights from your interactions
You Bring:
1-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS prospecting or business development
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with enterprise buyers
Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a big plus!)
Energy, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset
Experience with industrial or manufacturing clients is a plus
Proficiency with Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
