Account Executive; Dutch & French Speaking

Overview

Room Raccoon is growing and looking to expand operations in Belgium. We're looking for a full cycle sales professional to join our business working remotely. Your daily tasks will see you expanding our services in this region. You will be required to cold call, visit clients and close out deals. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in hospitality (more specifically hotels), and have a SaaS background.

• You will be responsible for selling Room Raccoon to hoteliers in the Belgium market. Your primary responsibilities will be to establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their needs, goals, and obstacles. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Room Raccoon. Craft innovative sales tactics, confidently communicate and collaborate with current and prospective customers. Over and above this you will also be responsible for a small team who will directly report to you.
• Performing demos to hoteliers, in which you are acting as a consultant, tailoring Room Raccoon’s added value to the hotelier’s simple or complex needs;
• Following up on inbound leads within agreed response times;
• Managing your lead pipeline, never losing a deal opportunity out of sight and nurturing your prospects;
• Reaching out to hoteliers on an outbound basis, powered by our sales engineering toolkit.
• Start your day with a daily huddle together with the international sales team via video call, led by our Sales Director;
• Run through your deal pipeline and action for follow-up on relevant opportunities;
• Call an inbound lead that just dropped and schedule a demo;
• Deliver demos to interested hoteliers that will challenge you on the best-added value of all Room Raccoon has to offer their business;
• Call potential hotels that are a great fit for Room Raccoon and introduce them to our product;
• Handover a closed deal to our Implementations Team, who will take care of onboarding the new customer;
• You will spend your days convincing hoteliers how Room Raccoon will level up their hotel, creating new revenue for them, and saving time and costs!

About you:

• Language requirement:

• Qualification /
  
  Experience:
  
  5+ years experience in a sales role
• Hospitality and/or SaaS background is a plus
