*** Offer commercial support and play a key role between (potential) customers in Belgium/Luxembourg and the internal organization
* Responsible for sales support activities, including proper handling of orders/quotes from A to Z and processing incoming enquiries.
* Being the point of contact for customers, account managers, online relations and colleagues.
* Handling incoming calls, take care of sending quotes/documentation and follow up.
