FunctionReporting to the Senior Export Manager
, you will manage and monitor a customer portfolio for a specific segment. You play a key role in coordination between the field sales teams, customers and the various departments at the head office, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy.
You analyze data on sales, promotions and sales results.
You track volumes, sales prices and margins in order to compare them to budgets and forecasts.
You will develop and monitor monthly forecasts, budgets and stocks of finished goods.
You prepare and present various reports to internal teams.
Customer management and coordination
You maintain regular contact with customers, prospects and agents.
You coordinate the execution of orders and deliveries after the conclusion of sales.
You manage and coordinate the handling of customer complaints.
You are the point of contact for international customers when they visit Belgium.
You provide technical product information in collaboration with the Quality and Marketing teams.
You participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
Internal coordination & projects
You will liaise with the internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Agronomy, Customer Service).
You will participate in the implementation of cross-functional projects in the Sales department.
You organize customer social audits.
Monitoring, safety and environment
You keep your knowledge up to date with export regulations.
You actively contribute to the company's safety and prevention culture.
You respect and promote good environmental and energy practices.
Profile- You have a bachelor's degree with a commercial, marketing or economic orientation
, or equivalent by experience. - You are willing to travel occasionally.
- You enjoy working in a family and international environment.
- You are recognized for your professionalism, your sense of service and your collaborative spirit.
- You have excellent analytical, decision-making and coordination skills.
- You know how to build relationships of trust with your internal and external contacts.
