** As a Clinical Specialist (m/f/x)  you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:
* * You serve as the subject matter expert for the Solventum Medical Surgical Portfolio in Belgium, including well-known brands such Tegaderm, Cavilon and Bair Hugger.*
* * You train, support and educate customers and wider clinical audience on clinical and cost-effective use of the Solventum Medical Solutions Product Portfolio. Thus, you contribute actively to increase the sales of our company.*
* * You influence customers and their practice using clinical and evidence-based arguments.*
* * You gather actively knowledge of competitor products, claims and activities as well as market regulations/guidelines and requirements, and share your insights internally.*
* * You strongly collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and clinical team to support business development and strategy.*
* * You attend industry exhibitions, customer and Solventum organised events, and any other appropriate events to drive demand for Solventum products and build loyalty with identified customer.*
* * Reporting and recording of customer data in our CRM system is part of this, as well as support and deliver relevant product training to internal colleagues.
*** Your Skills and Expertise
** To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* * Nursing qualification, similar or higher*
* * Sound clinical knowledge is critical to this role*
* * Fluent in Dutch, French and English*
* * Ability to interact with clinical customers at all levels within their working environment*
* * Public speaking, presentation and training skills*
* * Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills*
* * Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator*
* * Current, valid Driver’s License.
