Jobomschrijving

This is a transformation leadership role in a market that is only beginning to fully understand the strategic importance of data, SaaS and digital solutions within automotive retail.

The role is about renewal, leadership, commercial acceleration and cultural transformation.

  • A strong growth mindset: A commercially driven entrepreneur who can develop business with key accounts, importers, dealer groups and strategic partners — both in Belgium and internationally.
  • Strong customer orientation: A leader who deeply understands customer needs, protects and expands the existing customer base, and translates product and service excellence into long-term retention and loyalty.
  • Internal leadership and organisational discipline: A CEO who can unite Sales, IT, Helpdesk and Operations (20 employees) into one aligned organisation, creating ownership, accountability and a strong sense of shared purpose.
