.

As Business Development Manager, you play a key role in growing Skellet Climate’s customer base and identifying new opportunities — both locally and internationally. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and know how to turn potential into success.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively approaching the market to generate new business
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with partners and key customers
• Negotiating and closing deals that create value for both Skellet Climate and the client
• Collaborating with the technical and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
• Preparing and presenting proposals and commercial offers
• Representing Skellet Cliamte at international fairs, events, and customer visits

You have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within a technical or industrial setting.

You are both strategic and hands‑on, and thrive on converting opportunities into measurable results.

You communicate fluently in English and Dutch (other languages are a strong advantage).

You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to explore international markets.
