Location: Town of Belgium
As a Sales Assistant at ba&sh, you will be supervised by the Manager and work directly with customers. You will represent the brand at all times, encourage customer loyalty, and grow the turnover and client list.
Responsibilities- Offer customers a personalised purchasing experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy point of sale and keep merchandising up to date.
- Manage stock.
- Understand and achieve KPIs such as sales index, average basket, and transformation rate.
- Ensure ba&sh’ CSR policy is respected and act as its ambassador.
- Warm and welcoming personality.
- Excellent presentation and social skills.
