Your impact
As Global Sales Director Yarns, you define and execute the global commercial strategy of the Yarns division at Beaulieu International Group. You take ownership of global growth, profitability, and market positioning. You work closely with Emmanuel Colchen, General Manager Yarns, and contribute as a member of the Yarns Management Team. You lead an international commercial organization and help shape value that lasts across key segments and geographies worldwide.
Yourresponsibilities
- Define and drive the global sales strategy for Yarns, aligned with divisional goals and profitability targets.
- Translate strategy into clear, measurable sales plans and ensure disciplined execution across regions and segments.
- Accelerate growth in contract flooring and automotive markets with major international customers through a structured key account approach and strong customer partnerships.
- Strengthen the sustainability-focused product offering in close collaboration with Business Development and R&D teams.
- Protect and expand core business, with focus on residential customized segments, particularly in Australia, where the company enjoys a strong reputation in higher‑value applications such as solution‑dyed nylon yarns, and growth regions beyond traditional strongholds.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing international sales team, setting clear objectives and strengthening accountability and collaboration.
- Take ownership of key customer relationships and negotiations to secure long‑term partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a structured market intelligence and pricing framework to support decision‑making and forecasting.
- Drive commercial excellence by improving processes, tools, and performance management, leveraging best practices and COMEX methodologies.
- Strengthen customer‑centricity across Sales and Customer Service, ensuring customer needs translate into effective solutions and service excellence.
- Act as a strategic partner within the Yarns Management Team and represent Beaulieu in relevant industry forums and customer engagements.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a commercial, business, or technical field.
- Proven track record in international sales leadership, ideally within an industrial or B2B environment.
- Strong experience in developing and executing global commercial strategies and key account management.
- Solid financial and business acumen with focus on revenue growth, margin, and EBITDA.
- Hands‑on leadership style, with the ability to coach teams and drive performance across regions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market intelligence, pricing strategies, and performance tracking.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
