Voor een internationale marktleider in HR-services zoeken we momenteel een commerciële Account Executive. Het hoofdkantoor ligt in hartje Brussel.
Wat houd de job in?Als Account Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proactief benaderen van middelgrote bedrijven in België (potentiële klanten), het opvolgen van leads en het sluiten van deals. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand en het ondersteunen van de groei van de organisatie.
- Leadkwalificatie & conversie: Identificeren en opvolgen van leads (telefonisch en via e-mail) uit marketingcampages, inkomende aanvragen en andere bronnen. Leads omzetten naar nieuwe business opportuniteiten.
- Outbound prospectie: Uitvoeren van cold calls, e-mails en andere outreach om nieuwe prospecten te identificeren. Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met beslissingsnemers.
- Sales pipeline management: Beheren en opvolgen van alle salesactiviteiten in Salesforce (CRM), met correcte forecasting en pipeline-opvolging.
- Onderhandeling & closing: Onderhandelen en deals afsluiten met oog voor klanttevredenheid én commerciële resultaten.
