Business Developer Belgium

For our client, an international company specializing in the distribution and logistics of healthcare products, we are looking for a Business Developer for Belgium.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial professional who enjoys the challenge of developing new business and building long-term customer relationships. You will identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor commercial performance.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the company's objectives.
• Propose tailored solutions that meet customers' specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
• Experience in the transport or logistics sector.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English (minimum C1).
• Valid driving licence.
