Sales Manager Benelux

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive wood-free fine paper sales to customers in Netherlands & Belgium
. The Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and new customers, as well as internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales experience in Fine paper
/
Graphic papers industry and established paper industry relationships with merchants and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy
  :
  Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
• Customer Relationships
  :
  Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Targets
  :
  Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
• Customer Service
  :
  Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Issue Resolution
  :
  Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
• Market Monitoring
  :
  Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper industry.
• Industry Knowledge
  :
  Experience in selling wood-free fine paper with a proven track record.
• Language Skills
  :
  Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Education
  : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Travel
  :
  Willingness to travel frequently across Netherlands & Belgium
  .

This position is offered on an Independent Contractor (IC) basis under an initial 12-month contract (approximately, depending on the start date), renewable annually by mutual agreement.
