Jobomschrijving- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt duidelijke, correcte antwoorden.
- Je beheert offertes, bestellingen en klantendossiers van A tot Z.
- Je volgt commerciële leads op en ondersteunt het extern salesteam.
- Je denkt mee met de klant en adviseert over oplossingen en producten.
- Je onderhoudt nauw contact met interne afdelingen zoals logistiek en operations.
- Je behandelt vragen in Nederlands en Frans.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking in CRM- en administratieve systemen.
