Account Executive - Corporate Fleet Business Development · Bruxelles

Your Missions

As a Corporate Fleet Account Executive, your role will be to develop and manage a portfolio of corporate fleet clients, with the opportunity to contribute to an entrepreneurial project focused on structuring a fast‑growing B2B offer.

• Before
  :
  Generating and developing leads through various channels such as Linked In, events, etc. Ensuring complete sales cycle management from A to Z.
• During
  :
  Lead discovery, build a tailored offer, and negotiate through to contract signature (legal terms, conditions, commitments).
• After
  :
  Follow up on accounts downstream (upsell, loyalty, revenue growth) based on data analysis.
• Effectively manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue across your portfolio to hit your targets.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and represent Electra at industry events (trade shows, fleet/mobility conferences).
• Relay client needs to the product teams to help shape the Electra for Business roadmap.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / account management / business development, with a full sales cycle managed independently.
• A proven track record where your listening skills and ability to build lasting partnerships made the difference.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to structure an offer and present ideas clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfortable with numbers (pricing, ROI, structuring a commercial offer) and able to simplify complex proposals for decision‑makers.
• Pragmatic, with strong prioritization skills and strategic work organization.
• Dynamic, challenge‑driven, and eager to become an Electra ambassador externally.
• Sensitive to energy transition issues and passionate about EV and e‑mobility.
• Good level of Dutch, English required, French is a plus.
