Kemin Biologics is seeking a motivated Technical Service Manager, based in EMENA, to support our vaccine platforms across Europe and Sub-Sahara Africa. In this role, you will help strengthen regional market growth by combining technical expert ise , scie ntific insight, and close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical and strategic marketing initiatives for our poultry , ruminant and swine vaccine platforms across E urope and Africa.
  • Develop robust regional technical plans tailored to the dynamics of the European and Africa n animal production industries.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscapes to help maintain or reach Top 10 positions in priority segments.
  • Support the devlopment and drive the implementation of the regional go-to-market strategy, with a strong emphasis on partnerships, customer engagement, and commercial execution across priority markets.
  • Oversee the strategic lifecycle of our vaccine brands and drive innovation and renovation projects.
  • Plan and coordinate field trials, data collection, and product launch activities.
  • Engage key industry stakeholders in Europe and Africa—including producers, integrators, veterinarians, consultants, and researchers.
  • Translate customer challenges and field observations into actionable solutions for sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Lead and support technical seminars, workshops, conferences, and training events.
  • Develop or support scientific publications and communication strategies relevant to the region.
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams and distributors.
  • Support Regulatory Affairs and R&D by collecting technical information, trial results, and field insights from E urope , Africa, and other relevant markets.
  • Ensure alignment with global strategies while adapting them to local market realities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field .
  • 5+ years of experience in animal health, vaccines, or technical services, ideally within complex production systems in EMENA, Africa, or other relevant international markets.
  • Strong technical understanding of animal vaccines, immunology, infectious diseases, and field application.
  • Experience with European and Africa n poultry integrators and production models highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage .
  • Fluent English is required ; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other languages relevant to the European and Africa n regions is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones, with willingness to travel approximately 50 –60% within the EMENA and Africa region.
