Als elektromechanisch technieker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de machines en installaties. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, hygiëne en efficiëntie centraal staan.
Jouw taken:- Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan snijmachines, transportbanden, verpakkingslijnen en portioneerinstallaties.
- Oplossen van zowel mechanische als elektrische storingen.
- Vervangen en herstellen van onderdelen zoals lagers, motoren, sensoren, messen en aandrijfsystemen.
- Afstellen en optimaliseren van machines voor een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle productie.
- Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens planning.
- Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen voor rendement en betrouwbaarheid.
- Samenwerken met collega-techniekers en productiepersoneel.
- Strikt naleven van veiligheids-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP).
