Als mechanieker bij TMS Industrial Services zorg je voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimalisatie van mechanische installaties bij onze klanten. Dankzij jouw technische kennis draag je bij aan veilige en betrouwbare productieprocessen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan industriële installaties en productiemachines
- Controleren, inspecteren en testen van machines om storingen te voorkomen
- Vervangen, herstellen en afregelen van mechanische componenten zoals motoren, lagers, pompen, tandwielkasten en transportbanden
- Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische storingen en defecten
- Uitvoeren van revisies aan machines en installaties
- Monteren, demonteren en herstellen van mechanische constructies en onderdelen
- Uitlijnen van aandrijvingen, assen en andere roterende componenten
- Meewerken aan onderhoudsprojecten, technische verbeteringen en geplande stilstanden
