Profil recherché :
Diplômé(e) d'État d'Assistant(e) de Service Social (ASS) ou de Conseiller(ère) en Économie Sociale et Familiale (CESF), vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans le champ du handicap ou du médico-social.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'écoute, votre rigueur et votre capacité à travailler en équipe comme en autonomie.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et disposez d'une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement institutionnel médico-social.
Vos atouts pour réussir- Esprit d'équipe et aisance relationnelle.
- Discrétion, bienveillance et professionnalisme.
- Capacité à prioriser et à garder la bonne distance face aux situations complexes.
- Adhésion aux valeurs humaines et au projet d'établissement.
- Type de contrat
: CDI temps partiel à 60 ou 80% - De nombreux avantages
: mutuelle famille, CSE, accompagnement formation, participation frais de transport (en commun, co voiturage, déplacement vélo..) - Rémunération selon la CCN
