Location: Town of Belgium
- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders van A tot Z
- Dagelijks contact met klanten, planning, purchasing en shipping
- Proactief opvolgen van open orders en afwijkingen
- Correct onderhouden van gegevens in ERP- en CRM
-systemen - Bewaken van levertermijnen en tijdig escaleren bij risico's
- Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen
- Op termijn: ondersteunen of trekken van kleinere procesverbeteringsprojecten
- Bachelor werk- en denkniveau
- Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in customer service, internal sales of supply chain is een plus
- Zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Zelfstandig en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten
- Hands-on mentaliteit: je ziet werk en neemt initiatief
- Leert snel nieuwe systemen en processen aan
- Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands & Engels
- Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
- Teamspeler die ook prima zelfstandig functioneert
