Feedelity is an AI-powered platform helping multi-location brands manage customer feedback  are already serving the largest restaurant brands in the Benelux, and growing fast.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer. You’ll work directly with the founders to ship new features and improvements across the entire stack, from high-performance data pipelines to intuitive frontends. Your work will shape the platform and impact customers immediately.

• Build Python services (FastAPI) to ingest and process large volumes of customer feedback in real time.
• Optimize and maintain Postgre
  
  SQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Build responsive UI components and dashboards in Next.js/React with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Lang Chain, etc.) to analyze feedback, provide replies and generate insights.
• Experiment with LLM pipelines to improve diagnostics, recommendations and summarization features.

• Containerize services and deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for reliable releases.

• 3+ years shipping production code with ownership of features from start to finish.
• Strong Python/FastAPI skills and SQL/Postgre
  
  SQL experience.
• Comfortable building frontends in Next.js/React.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and APIs.
