Context:
De kandidaat wordt ingezet voor de ontwikkeling van HR-metrics en het implementeren en continu monitoren van data quality key metrics om de algehele datakwaliteit te waarborgen.
- Medallion-architectuur (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Ervaring met het bouwen en onderhouden van data pipelines in deze omgeving is vereist
- Vereist: bewezen ervaring met SAP Success Factors
- Vereist: ervaring in het HR-domein
- Sterke affiniteit met Databricks en moderne data platformen
- Analytisch ingesteld met oog voor datakwaliteit, governance en meetbare KPI's
