Job Description
Experience in building applications for web, mobile, desktop, or gaming? You'll be familiar with .NET by Microsoft. This open-source, cross-platform framework (compatible with MacOS, Windows, and Linux) supports various programming languages, including the ever-popular C#. Thanks to its high-performance runtime, consistent programming model, and extensive library of precoded solutions, .NET enables us to incorporate performance, security, reliability, and productivity into our solutions.
As a Practice Lead, you will drive impactful change and deliver measurable results. Your role involves not only implementing strategic initiatives but also identifying and nurturing new talent, expanding project scopes, and applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include aligning IT systems and coming up with projects. You're seen as a mentor for your team who is always training and coaching to hit milestones and get things done.
You can communicate these ambitions with cross-departmental partners, stakeholders and management alike, making organization-wide collaboration possible.

- Proficiency with .NET by Microsoft, including C#.
- Experience or comfort in mentoring and coaching teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
