1. Learn & Master the Platform

You won’t just join a team; you’ll become an expert in IRISNext.

• Get trained by experienced consultants and senior developers
• Deep dive into architecture, components, APIs and integration mechanisms
• Join customer installations and configurations
• Assist in customization, performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Gain real exposure to enterprise environments

2. Third Line R&D Support

You’ll tackle the complex challenges others can’t solve.

• Resolve advanced technical issues escalated by support teams
• Diagnose and fix complex system problems
• Collaborate closely with senior developers
• Improve system reliability and maintainability

3. Analysis, Development & Maintenance

You actively shape the evolution of the platform.

• Contribute to architectural and functional analysis
• Develop and maintain back-end engines and services
• Design and implement modern front-end components (Vue
  3)
• Work on scalable, secure, cloud-oriented enterprise software

4. Testing & Documentation

Quality is part of your DNA.

• Participate in functional and regression testing
• Contribute to internal documentation and training materials
• Help improve development standards and best practices

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong experience in Java
• Strong experience in Type Script
• Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue
  3) or similar frameworks (Angular / React)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration mechanisms
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database engines

• Fluent in French or English
