As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll focus on a modular Angular frontend that has grown into a large-scale application. You’ll transform different actor use-cases into the right implementation, building a scalable product.
Your impactYou’ll play a key role in shaping how thousands of professionals experience our platform every day. From building responsive interfaces to strengthening modularity, performance, and security, you’ll help create a frontend that scales with our growth across Europe. You’ll be an important member of Harmoney’s product development cycle and be a critical, collaborative teammate.
What you’ll do- Build and evolve our modular Angular frontend, transforming actor use-cases into clean, scalable implementations
- Develop responsive user interfaces with Type Script, HTML, and CSS
- Safeguard non-functional requirements such as modularity, performance, and security
- Write unit tests with frameworks like Jasmine and Karma, following a Test-Driven Development approach
- Embrace continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to release code changes frequently and reliably
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and the Product Designer to deliver high-quality features
- Spot room for improvement and share it with your team members
- Are fluent in English
- Have 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent
- Have experience in Angular software development
- Have experience with CSS frameworks and responsive design
- Feel at home in Type Script, HTML, and CSS
- Have a functional and technical mindset and know how to deal with non-functionals such as modularity, performance, and security
- Have knowledge of an Angular unit-testing framework, like Jasmine and Karma
- Are eager to learn and have a problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with other frontend technologies, Git Hub or other distributed version-control systems, or cloud solutions such as Google Cloud
- Willing to learn, or already familiar with, Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience using AI tools to improve software development workflows
