Location: Town of Belgium
Frontend Engineer (React):
Building and maintaining user-friendly interfaces for cloud-based security products with an accent on React/Type Script integration and API connectivity. Focus on optimizing performance, ensuring code quality through testing, and collaborating on CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
Location:
Must be based in or able to commute to Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid)

What you will do- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS.
- Design and implement frontend integrations for REST and gRPC APIs.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code reliability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on innovative features.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and contribute to overall application performance improvements.
- Provide technical support to customers utilizing web applications.
- Proven experience in building user-friendly web interfaces.
- Solid proficiency in React, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS.
- Practical experience consuming REST and gRPC APIs.
- Understanding of standard web technologies and cloud security best practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Leuven, Belgium.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Background in Dev Ops practices including scripting and Jenkins.
