As an AI Driven Software Engineer you do more than write code, you help organizations discover how cloud and AI can transform the way they work. You combine strong engineering skills with a consultancy mindset: exploring client challenges, identifying AI opportunities, and turning ideas into working solutions.

• Facilitate workshops to explore AI opportunities and translate them into tangible use cases.
• Design and build AI‑enabled cloud‑native applications using Azure services (Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept in Python or .NET to inspire and validate AI adoption.
• Advise on cloud‑native architectures, automation, and Dev Ops practices to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
• Guide clients in embedding AI and cloud practices sustainably into their way of working.

You’re more than a strong engineer; you’re someone who sees how technology can transform the way businesses work. You have strong experience with .NET and Azure, and you’re curious about the power of AI to unlock new possibilities. You adapt quickly to new environments, speak the language of both developers and stakeholders, and bring a consultancy mindset that balances advising, challenging, and building.

• Proven experience in professional projects with .NET and Azure.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Interest or experience with AI services in Azure (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, ML Studio).

• Deliver your first AI‑powered, cloud‑native solution for a client.
• Share knowledge in sessions, meetups, or client workshops.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to our cloud‑native and AI community of practice.
• Grow your skillset with continuous learning and certifications in both cloud and AI.
