Project Leader – Embedded Hardware & Software
Daikin Europe N.V. is looking for a Project Leader to manage the design, development, and maintenance of embedded hardware and software solutions for Daikin product ranges in Ghent, Belgium.
Responsibilities- Oversee end‑to‑end project from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and meeting quality & safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate with the project team, preparing and presenting internal design reviews, and providing consolidated status reports to management.
- Drive, coach, and follow up a team of engineers and/or external partners.
- Manage issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- Master’s Degree in Electronics or ICT.
- Experience working technically on embedded hardware/software.
- Experience with project management or project lead responsibilities is a plus.
- Strong interest and experience in project management and embedded hardware/software.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong orientation toward consensus building and a creative, innovative mindset.

LocationTech Lane Ghent Science Park, Ghent, East Flanders, Belgium.
