GARRINCHA Gentis looking for a Bar Manager to bring energy, structure, and hospitality to the heart of our two urban sports centres (South & North). You’re the leader behind the bars—making sure every shift across both locations runs smoothly, every customer leaves happy, and the atmosphere is always on point. Whether it’s a major tournament night or a midweek social, you set the tone for the entire city.

With centres all over Belgium and more on the way, we mix sport, music, community, and bar culture into something unique. And you’re about to lead the charge in Gent.

You arrive just before the doors open. You check the stock, brief the team, get the music going and set the bar up for a great shift.
Throughout the day or evening, you manage the flow, serve customers, coach your team, and handle cash and stock.
In the evening, it’s game time – you create a vibe that keeps people playing, talking, and coming back for more. After closing, you run a smooth shutdown and make sure everything’s ready for the next day.

• Lead and coach the bar team during shifts.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised.
• Serve customers with energy and friendliness.
• Handle POS, cash and closing duties.
• Support with events, tournaments and customer engagement.
• Spot opportunities to improve operations, bookings or hospitality.
• Be the face of the centre when the Centre Manager is not around.

• Experienced in hospitality, events or sports environments
  .
• A natural team leader who motivates and supports others.
• Customer-focused, organised, and hands-on.
• Ready to work evenings and weekends – where the action happens.
• Dutch and French-speaking, with basic English skills.
