** Transportation & Logistics Specialist
** to join our team in
** Leuven**!

You will support daily transport and logistics operations by managing transport documents, assessing the network, integrating new carriers, and maintaining accurate logistics databases. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure products are monitored and delivered on time while contributing to continuous improvement across the transport network.

This is a full‑time role based onsite in Leuven. You’ll work Monday to Friday during standard flexible hours, enjoying a stable schedule while being part of an engaged, hands‑on team.

You will receive a fixed term contract of 6 months.
** What we are looking for:**
* ** Experience**: 2-3 years of transportation, logistics or supply chain experience are necessary.  Experience in logistics and transportation analysis, transportation routing software package usage and database creation is preferred.
* ** IT**:
Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Good understanding of data bases in MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP system is needed. SAP experience is a plus.

* Languages:

** Fluent English level is required. Dutch skills are an advantage
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Hands on mentality and experiences in operational transport-network planning

*** Supports the local transport team with day-to-day tasks (planning and execution of transports).
* Creates, checks and maintains transport documents.
* Supports the European Transport Control Tower team in their daily work (processing ticket requests, complaints, price calculations, planning, etc.)
* Performs on-going assessment of transportation network for continuous improvement.
* Support the implementation of new carriers into our transport network.
* Maintains database for transportation logistical information data and reports for Logistics department.
