Jobomschrijving- Verwerken en voorbereiden van zendinggegevens in interne systemen en Excel
- Monitoren van een gedeelde mailbox en beantwoorden van operationele vragen
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond transport en zendingopvolging
- Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en externe partners voor een vlotte uitvoering
- Proactief signaleren en oplossen van potentiële leveringsproblemen
- Administratieve opvolging van transportorders en klantcommunicatie
- Ondersteunen van continue verbeterinitiatieven binnen het team
- Zorgen voor correcte documentatie en databeheer
