Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Het aannemen en opmaken van de expeditiedossiers (van A tot Z);
- Je geeft laad- en losopdrachten aan terminals en/of magazijnen;
- Facturatie controle
- Je volgt de gehele zending op van vertrek tot aankomst;
- Contacten met scheepsagenturen, transporteurs, klanten …
- Feilloze klantenopvolging en administratie
Als export agent Life Science & Healthcare herken je jezelf in volgende zaken:
- Bachelor of Master (logistiek) + enkele jaren relevante ervaring in zeevracht;
- Grondige kennis van maritieme vaardigheden en de INCOTERMS
- Goede computervaardigheden (MS Office)
- Probleemoplossende en klantgerichte houding;
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en Engels met een goede kennis van het Frans
- Je werkt gestructureerd en ordelijk
