Site Manager - Wind Farm Project Execution Bosnia (m/f/d)

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day execution of wind farm construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The Site Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and maintains accurate site records and reporting.

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain a detailed and up-to-date site diary, including weather conditions, workforce, equipment usage, and work progress.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams.
• Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and community representatives as needed.
• Support the Project Manager in client and stakeholder meetings.

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Engineer with a VI level degree / bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits) with a minimum of 8 years of work experience and a passed professional exam.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with general construction works, wind turbine installation and commissioning.
• Familiarity with local permitting and environmental regulations.
