Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based at Million Air’s facility in Belgrade, MT. The Customer Service Representative greets and assists guests, flight crews, and passengers, providing information, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their visit. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations and service requests, arranging ground transportation and catering, handling phone and email inquiries, and collaborating with line service and operations teams to support aircraft arrivals and departures.
The role also involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to safety and security procedures, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience in hospitality, aviation, or a related industry.
- Ability to support clients and crews effectively, demonstrating Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front desk, concierge, or guest services roles.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and reservation or CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Reliable work ethic with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support flight operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior FBO, aviation, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct in all customer and operational interactions.
