Horizon Air is seeking a Ramp & Customer Service Agent to support guests from curb to cabin and perform above- and below-wing tasks. This role requires outdoor work in all weather, handling baggage, guiding aircraft, and performing security and ramp duties.
You will assist travelers with check-in, boarding, and baggage needs, while maintaining high service standards. A valid US driver’s license, English proficiency, and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
