Associate Dentist

Belgrade Family Dental is looking for a confident, compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice.

We have built a warm, supportive team known for excellent dentistry and genuine patient care. We are looking for an associate who will complement that foundation by bringing positive energy, initiative, and a desire to help the practice continue to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys connecting with patients, communicates treatment clearly, and is ready to take ownership of their role—not simply fill a schedule.

You will work Tuesday through Friday with an established patient base, an experienced clinical team, modern technology, and meaningful clinical autonomy.

Our practice serves patients of all ages and provides preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dental care.

Interest or experience in one or more of the following would be especially valuable:

• Endodontics
• Clear aligner therapy

We want our new associate to build a strong patient following, expand their clinical abilities, and help us provide more care within the practice.

The right dentist will:

• Connect naturally with patients and help them feel confident in their care
• Explain findings and treatment recommendations clearly
• Bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to step forward
• Take ownership of patient care and follow-through
• Make thoughtful decisions without needing constant direction
• Work well with an established team and welcome open communication
• Be confident without bringing ego
• Value continued learning and clinical excellence
• Want a long-term opportunity and a community in which to build a life
• Hold an active Montana dental license or be eligible to obtain one

Experience is valued, but character, initiative, and the desire to grow are equally important.

• Consistent four-day workweek
• No nights or weekends
• Strong clinical and administrative support
• Collaborative, positive team culture
• Continuing education support
• Medical, dental, vision insurance options
• Matching 401(k)
• A custom gourmet birthday cake of your choice

Belgrade offers the best of Montana living while being only minutes from Bozeman, Big Sky, Bridger Bowl, and the surrounding mountains.

Hiking, skiing, fishing, camping, mountain biking, hunting, and Yellowstone National Park are all within easy reach. It is a growing, family-oriented community and a wonderful place to build both a career and a life.

If you want to practice excellent dentistry, develop lasting patient relationships, and play an active role in the growth of a respected Montana practice, we would love to meet you.
